Call it Egg Biryani Or Egg Fried Rice, this is the recipe which i used to prepare when i am in a hurry. This takes little time in preparation but sounds superb. My children love it so much. so wanna share with you folks too. Try it and dont forget to post here n tell me the taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Rice : 2 glasses
Chilly powder :3tsp
Onions:2
Eggs:6
Green chillies:4
Water: 4 glasses
Oil: 6 tsp
Ginger,garlic paste :3tsp
Salt:3tsp
Preparation:
1st Part:
Take Water and rice into the cooker and cook it till you get 2 whistles, leave it aside unopened. Now the rice is cooked.
2nd part:
Take 3tsp of oil and heat it for 30 sec.
Take 6 eggs into the pan and add 3tsp of chilly powder and 3tsp of salt. Now, Fry it till the egg is completely cooked. Now, make the cooked egg into pieces.
3rd part:
Take chopped garlic ginger paste,3tsp salt into the pan and fry it in a 3 tsp of oil.
Take chopped 2onions and 4green chillies into the fried ginger garlic paste. Fry them gently and add cooked rice in the first part to it.
Now add the cooked egg in the 2nd part to it.
Put 3tsp of biryani masala available in the shops and mix it well along with the rice in the pan.
Stir well so that the rice and the other ingredients get mixed.
Now you are ready to eat the biryani.
Tip: you can serve it with the spicy chicken curry or mutton curry.
