GINGER CHICKEN-Kodi kura-south indian style-Fast preparation

INGREDIANTS:
- Chicken:1/2 kg
- Chilly powder:1 tsp
- Salt: ½ sp
- Ginger\garlic paste:2tsp
- Oil :2sp
- Onions :2\3
- Green chilly:4
PREPARATION:
1.Wash the chicken thoroughly with water .
2.Take the chicken in a bowl add chilly powder and salt.
3. Heat the pan and add two spoons of oil to it.
4.Chop the onions and grind them to a paste.
5.Add the paste to the oil .
6.Add chillies to the pan and fry till the onion paste turns lite brown.
7. Add the ginger garlic paste to the pan and stir for 5 min.
8 .Add the chicken that is rich with salt and chilly powder to the pan and fry it for 10 min.
9. Turn the flame to sim, add a cup of water and foil the contents for 20 min.
10 .Add 2 tsp of chicken masala powder and heat the chicken for 5 min on a sim flame.
11.You can now garnish it with coriander leaves, onion slices and lemon juice.
