Lady’s Finger Fry -Benadakaya vepudu,vendaikkai koottu,Bhindi Masala
Ingrediants:
- Raman’s horn/ lady’s finger: 1/4 kg
- Onions: 2
- Green chillies: 4
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds, black gram;
- Mustard;
- Oil: 100 gms. [four to five spoons]
- Curry leaves: 2 strips
Preparation:
- Cut the lady’s finger in to 4to 5 slices chop the onions and chillies
- Put a vessel on stove and take the oil in it.
- After heating oil, take small amount of cumin seeds, black gram mustard, curry leaves, and fry it.
- Add chopped onions and chillies and keep frying all these till the onions color turn to light brown.
- Then take the lady’s finger slices in to the vessel and close the vessel.
- Stir it gently in regular intervals and add some salt.
- After 10 min. add chilly powder and sir it leave it for 3 to 4 min.
