Chilli chicken, chilly chicken, chili chicken - chilli chilly

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken boneless:1/2kg
  • chilly powder :1/2 tsp
  • salt :1 /2 tsp
  • onion:1
  • chillies:8
  • garlic slices :10
  • tomatosauce
  • oil

  •  
    PREPARATION:

  • Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
  • Wash chicken thoroughly with water
  • Mix the chicken with ½ tsp chilly powder and ½tsp salt in a bowl.
  • Add oil to a hot pan 
  • Add the marinated chicken to the pan.
  • Add 2tea cups of water and stir it gently.
  • Take another pan and add one table spoon of oil.
  • Add 10 garlic slices which are cut into small pieces and chopped onion .
  • Cut the chillies into vertical pieces and add to the pan.
  • Fry it for 60 seconds and add one tsp tomato sauce to the pan and pour ½ tea cup of water.
  • Add the chicken to the sauce prepared above.
  • Close the pan and heat It for 5min.
  • Add chicken masala powder/chilly chicken masala powder.
  • Heat it for 2 min on slim flame and add ½ cup coriander leaves stir it gently and the chilly chicken now ready to eat.
