Chilli chicken, chilly chicken, chili chicken - chilli chilly

 

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken boneless:1/2kg
  • chilly powder :1/2 tsp
  • salt :1 /2 tsp
  • onion:1
  • chillies:8
  • garlic slices :10
  • tomatosauce
  • oil

 PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
  2. Wash chicken thoroughly with water
  3. Mix the chicken with ½ tsp chilly powder and ½tsp salt in a bowl.
  4. Add oil to a hot pan  
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan.
  6. Add 2tea cups of water and stir it gently.
  7. Take another pan and add one table spoon of oil.
  8. Add 10 garlic slices which are cut into small pieces and chopped onion .
  9. Cut the chillies into vertical pieces and add to the pan.
  10. Fry it for 60 seconds and add one tsp tomato sauce to the pan and pour ½ tea cup of water.
  11. Add the chicken to the sauce prepared above.
  12. Close the pan and heat It for 5min.
  13. Add chicken masala powder/chilly chicken masala powder.
  14. Heat it for 2 min on slim flame and add ½ cup coriander leaves stir it gently and the chilly chicken now ready to eat.
