Spicy Prawns - Indian Chiili Prawn
INGREDIENTS:
PREPERATION:
1. Heat a sauce pan and add oil to it.
2. Grind the onions , tomatoes , 3 green chillies and make a fine paste.
3. Add the paste to the pan along with 3 chillies.
4. Deep fry the sauce till it turns brown ,add prawns to the mixture.
5. Stir gently in regular intervals.
6. Add salt & chilly powder to it.
7. Close the vessel for 2 min and stir gently in between intervals.
8. Add a little bit of tamarid juice to the mixture.
9. Allow the prawn to cook.
Now you are done with the spicy crispy prawn carry. So why delay, start eating.
