
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of beetroot, finely shreded
1 cup of spring onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup of corriander leaves , finely chopped
1/2 cup of coconut freshly scrapped
1/2 cup of salted groundnut, crushed
Salt, pepper and chat masala to taste
1 tbsp of salad oil
Juice of i lemon
PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingedients in a bowl and serve.
