CHICKEN FRIED MASALA

CHICKEN FRIED MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Egg - 3
  • Onions - 2 chopped
  • Tomatoes - 3 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green Chilli or red Chilli - 4
  • Turmeric powder
  • Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • PREPARATION:

  • Break the eggs and add maida. Mix well.
  • Add Chicken peices to the batter marinate them for 15 mins.
  • Fry the chicken peices in the oil. Keep aside
  • Add oil in a wok, fry the onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, tumeric powder, chillies.
  • Add salt, corriander leaves and then add the fried chicken peices to the mixture .
  • Serve it to rice or chapatti.
