MUSHROOM MASALA

MUSHROOM MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mushroom (boiled & sliced) - 600 gms
  • Onion (chopped) - 300 gms
  • Tomatoes - 300 gms
  • Whole spices a few
  • Ginger garlic paste - 30 gms
  • Oil - 40 ml
  • Chilly powder - 10 gms
  • Coriander powder - 3 gms
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Pepper crushed - 5 to 10 nos
  • Garam masala powder - 1 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Aji-no-moto 5 gms
  • PREPERATION:

  • Heat oil in kadal, add whole spices
  • Add onion fry till brown, add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes
  • Add all the powder masala, mushroom, salt and water cook for 10 mins
  • Finally add aji-no-moto, garam masala and crushed pepper cook for 1 minute
  • Serve hot with Indian bread.
