METHI PAKODAS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fenugreek leaves 50 grms
  • Bengal gram flour 250 grms
  • Ginger 20 grms
  • Turmeric 5 grams
  • Chilli powder 15 grams
  • Soda a pinch
  • Water 70 ml
  • Chat masala 10 grms
  • PREPARATION:

  • Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly. Detach them from the stem and put them in a draining vessel.
  • In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients while lightly sprinkling water into it.
  • Mix to get a semi thick consistency. Now simply put the fenugreek leaves and mix with the batter. The batter must not be watery or else the pakodas will not form.
  • Deep fry in oil.
