  • Milk as required
  • 1 inch ginger piece chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp of chat masala

    CRISPY ROTIS

    Somehow we feel they’re never enough. What if each one has a couple extra that day? So, there we are again…. with more rotis than we asked for ! We can do a few things to rotis well, but do u remember that the important thing is to “crispen” them up, then they can be quite a treat.

    Cheer up..!! all husbands as for now u dont have 2 lotter around ur wife to eat somthing delicious…here is a special VEG PULAO….(u just have to pakao n khao)…

    INGRIDIENTS:

  • rice 3/4 cups
  • chopped tomato :2 pc
  • chopped poatato :2 pc
  • sliced onion:2 pc
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • turmeric powder:3 tbs
  • salt :3 tbs( as per taste)
  • sliced capsicum :1 pc
  • chopped beans :15 pieces
  • meal maker(optional)

    Time required: 10 minutes plus chilling time

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 cups cooked rice
    2 stalks of spring onion or 1 small red onion, chopped
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup sweet corn
    3 tbsp chopped pineapple
    2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    A handful of chopped basil and coriander
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
