CRISPY SPRING ROLLS, VEG SPRING ROLLS, GOLDEN SPRING ROLLS, SPRING ROLLS

An easy and healthy sanck.

INGREDIENTS:
1 carrot finely sliced
2 onions finely sliced
1 green capsicum finely sliced
1 yellow capsicum finely sliced
1 red capsicum finely sliced
2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
1 cup of finely sliced cabbage
Salt to taste

Idly, Idli, Rava Idli - smooth andhra style Idlies

INGREDIANTS:

Black gram(Urad dal/Minapa pappu) : ½ kg
Salt: 3 to 4 tsp
Idly ravva: 1/4 kg
Grated carrots
Chashew nuts
Ghee

Black pepper

Preparation:
Take black gram(Urad dal/minapa pappu) in to a bowl of water and leave it aside for 2 hours.
Now Add a tsp of salt to that dal and grind it thouroughly. All you get is fine grinded paste.

Ravva dosa -(Rava Dosa)- a regular south indian diet

INGREDIENTS:

Maida:1/4
Vari pindi:1/4
Ravva:100 gms
Salt:2 ½ spoons
Cumin seeds:10 gms

PREPARATION:
1. Mix all the ingredients [pour water 2 ½ glasses ]
2 .take one bowl and take 2 ½ glasses of water in the bowl.

3. prepare a liquid paste mixing the water and above ingredients.

PAV BHAJI

INGERDIENTS:
2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp ginger, crushed
3 cups finely choped onions
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 cup french beans, boiled
1 cup carrots, boiled
1 cup green peas, boiled
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
Salt to taste
Water
Coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish
Salted butter to taste
Lemon to taste
4-6 pavs
