Preparation: Rost all the ingredients(Masala) in a low flame for 5 mins. Mix all the items thus roasted with Ginger n garlic. Now, All these are grinded and mixed with beef.
Now the oil is heated a little in a pan and onions are fried until its golden brown.Now the beef is mixed with the fried onions in the pan and mixed with a little water. Leave the mix to get cooked well in steam. Now ready with the Recipe.
