I am out of the station and couldn’t get much time to post more recipes today. Yet i have to post the one i have prepared today and all my family members liked the cuisine very much. So you can try it and put your experiences here ;)

Serves 4 members

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower florets :720 gm
  • Oil: 60ml
  • Mustard seeds : 1tsp
  • Jeera : 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek: 1/4tsp
  • Split urad dal :1tsp
  • Onions chopped : 2

    Preparation Time: 25 minutes

    Microwave Cooking Time: 23 minutes plus standing time

    Serves: serves 4-6 people

    Ingredients:
    45m1/1 1/22 oz/3 tbsps butter
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 small piece ginger, grated
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2.5ml/ 1/2 tsp chili powder
    2.5mI/ 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    2.5ml/ 1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1.25ml/ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian recipe preparation

    Ingredients

    1 Cauliflower - broken into florets - put the florets in warm water cover & leave for 10 mins remove wash, drain & keep aside

    Batter:
    pinch of Ajinomoto
    1/2 cup refined flour
    1/4 cup cornflour
    1 Egg
    Lime Juice - 1tbspn
    Worceshire Sauce 1 tspn
    1 tspn Sugar
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    a pinch of orange food colour powder(kesari pwd)
    salt to taste
    water as needed
    oil for deep frying

    channa/chole-masala tasty indian side dish preparation

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Channa
    A pinch of Soda bi carb
    A pinch of rock Salt
    Finely chopped red onions - 2
    Finely chopped tomatoes - 2 medium
    Chopped ginger - 3/4 tsp finely chopped
    Roasted cumin seeds 1 tspn
    Garam Masala pwd 1/2 tspn
    Turmeric Pwd 1/2 tspn
